I make this kind of pasta very often. It is super easy and delicious. I'm vegetarian so I substitute the chicken stock with veggie broth or water and a splash of milk. It is a comforting meal.
Italians will complain about anything you make if the sauce for you pizza isnt made from the right kind of whole canned tomatoes it’s a travesty. every pasta dish I make doesn’t have to be an authentic traditional Italian dish for it to be good.
Tried it and it's delicious. And since Europe needs to conserve as much as gas and electricity . This is a temporary solution for cooking pasta to one pot pasta ( im not joking)
Looks delish definitely going to have to try it looks a lot easier making it that way I've made actually the same dish but cooking everything separate I will try this way see how it works for me

but the first pasta is noodles from china its not like they invented it, also tomatoes are from america dont talk about tradition when its mostly imported
