Love chicken stuffed with cheese, but haven't made it for ages, will give it a go next week. I understand you're both not keen on veg stuff ๐ฅฆ๐ฅ why not try stuffing your chicken with green pesto and swet cherry tomatoes with the cheese. It gives it colour ( green bits๐)and the flavours are delicious. I've bought some smoked bacon so going to give your recipe a go ๐

Reminds me of when I lived on a catamaran with wife and two children many years ago. We loved to make up one-pot meals, usually in a pressure cooker. Still do sometimes particularly to use up leftovers. Keep up the good work.

Any trouble with the bacon staying on or the chicken staying sealed , use wooden cocktail sticks .
Great tip about the type of cheese, my wife doesn't like mushrooms so I'm going to use leeks instead.

Saw the little photo thingy on the YouTube alert and thought "who the heck is that?". Beautiful hair, didn't recognise you at first. Our local butcher does similar delish bacon and I give it a couple of snips so it holds shape. Fellow onion refluxer only fried so I chop it finely and pop it in with the cheese. Looked scrumptious.

QUESTION on batterys,why is it you don't fit 6volt batterys?I've always linked x2 6volt deep cycle batteries together for years and never had any problems.
I think proofs in the pudding that they fit them to golf trolleys etc.
also are you fitting a diesel heater to your new van?if so I recommend autotherm who sell the planar heater,I've got one in mine and its brilliant.speak to Paul or James very helpful guys.
