    These ideas are cool n all but really not realistic for someone working 40+hrs a week. The thought of cooking each dish every night is way too time consuming, and that not even taking into account brekky and dinner. YouTubers need to make meals that can be made in bulk and stored for multiple days.

    Great video but dude there's little point weighing out the ingredients if you're going to free pour the oil. Fats are so calorie dense that your macro calcs on this will be understated by a lot. But big respect nonetheless. These meals are great and i enjoyed watching the whole thing.
