    I have never heard of sprouted jowar. I might have to try that instead of Oats. I have always been an oats for granola guy but the sprouted jowar sounds pretty good…Thanks

    I’ve lost a lot of weight from eating gluten-free. I was 260 now, I'm 180 and I fit in smaller jeans. I even fit in women’s size, medium jeans and T-shirts. but I want to get to 140, going gluten-free can actually help you lose weight. Not everybody will lose weight going gluten-free. my doctor gave me the best advice.
