I've never seen an hour like this. But to this year, besides FOX Kids commercial breaks through the years I wonder if any subscription can upload the (FOX Kids broadcast versions) of Power Rangers: The Movie and Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie from September 1999. And maybe FOX Kids Sneak Preview 1999. Maybe during Power Playback OTO.

hmm it could be one of those stupid hotline stuff, they claim to have a good story to keep kids listening so that the longer they stay on the more they can charge
I bet the Cookies and Cream quik didn't taste good, I tried Nestle Cookies and Cream Milk once….the taste reminded me of the Chocolate Chip Bagels from Great Canadian Bagel
