Hey, Chef welcome back. I’m not a meat grinder type of person but this looks like a good product to have for people who are into this. I like the idea of you buying in bulk because you can save a lot of money especially with the prices going up on just about everything in the grocery store.

I bought one of these from the LEM company over 10 years ago and have never used it. Mine is like the 2nd or 3rd up model from the bottom. At the time, I had planned to start doing lot of meat grinding but life had other plans. Would love to see how you use it especially for making sausage.

Ha .. sure beats the old antique hand crank! My Ma still has hers but she doesn't use anymore. She's not strong enough, nor have a family to feed, for years now ….
All the old vintage tools of Sorts, reminds me of weapons. Heavy Duty!

My folks loved to visit going out of business sales for grocery stores in the 80s and got some awesome equipment. They collected so much that my Dad ended up building a butcher shop on his farm. Walk-in fridge and freezer, large smoker, commercial stove and sink station. Needless to say a lot of meat including beef, pork, venison, and even ostrich once. We all learned the processes and cuts. I'm grateful for that knowledge.
He also had a full bakery set-up in his basement with commercial oven, proofer, and mixer.
    Food lovers wonderland.

Good Morning, Chef! My husband would love that meat grinder! He's into hunting. This could be a piece of equipment he may need. We'll have to check out the website. He likes deer 🦌, wild boar 🐗, and any other animal he can get. Thanks alot for the video! ❤

Great looking machine and happy to see you purchase it. Couldn't you have attained the same thing by purchasing the meat grinding attachments to that awesome mixer you have that I have been wanting for the longest? Want is one thing but the Lord sees fit for our wants. Bless you and your new machine. ✝️

"I Think"……the black tool you tho't was a safety item goes behind the nut when you want to make link sausage…..soak and slide casings onto it and it funnels the meat inside the casing as it comes out…….
