Mr Old School as a transplanted New Yorker living here in North Carolina for ten years now I just made your recipe to the T and added pig tails and i just want to say that this was the best 3 thing dinner I've ever eaten.
    Tender ,Juicy and crispy!!

I added onion and celery and green bell pepper to the broth oh and 1 jalapeno!

    You rock Mr Old School!

My favorite Chef Jeffrey, I've been binge watching your videos, and this one brought back memories of my late mother. This is how she did herd along with the pig tails too. That used to be some good ole eating! Tfs Chef.

I have tried pig feet and I didnโ€™t like them at all, but Iโ€™ve really been wanting to try to make some pig ears. Something about them being all crispy makes them just look so tasty. Never had the pig feet smoked though so maybe I need to try them that way.

I don't eat them as much as I used to but I still eat them in moderation every once in awhile they are good on the stove, barbecue, pickled they are just certain foods I grew up on.
