Love this recipe. I have a little spice version I made up . I just changed what we called slumgullon to a southwest version of the same. Green chilies, southwest spices like Ancho chilies etc.

I want to say I absolutely love this channel !!! Growing up my mother didn't have time to teach us girls how to cook. My father passed away when I was 4yrs old an mom was in college to be a nurse plus working 2 jobs. As I grew up I didn't know how to cook I could literally burn water 😂 your channel has been a life saver for me ! I'm now 36 yrs old An I am a good cook thanks to this channel ! I take my mom food due to taking care of her cuz she has bad health problems an she is always so shocked how well the food turns out. I grew up on chili mac. Do you have Chili Man Chili down there? Every time I go back home I send a case to my house. It goes great in chili Mac. It’s basically a very spiced up chili bean. MY FAVORITE to add to chili Mac. Thanks ladies🥰😃
