Hey Mel. I'm sorry you guys were sick but so very glad you are all feeling better.
Potato soup is probably my favorite soup. I make it the same way too. Not loaded. This looked so delicious. I think tater tot casseroles are the best. So easy but the taste like you put in a lot of work.
I hadn't seen this one before but I'm going to try it.
Oh yeah, we finally got fall weather here too.

My favorite way to make 'tator soup! Sometimes I'll use ham broth instead of chix broth if I have it. We love cowboy casserole around here. I'll change up the vegetable I use, corn, gr beans, or mixed veggies. I always make extra chicken or beef roast to shred and freeze for quick recipes a few weeks later! Glad I found your channel!

So glad everyone is feeling better, praying for a good start to this week for each of you 🙏🏻.
As always everything looks delicious. That potato soup is definitely a comfort meal. The crescent rolls look really tasty and there’s so many recipes that can be made with them. I always like to have a large salad in the fridge too. Thank you so much for sharing and putting this video together even though you weren’t feeling 100%. God bless! 😊

I had never had Culver's until my first time driving through Utah last year, now I stop anytime I'm driving through an area that has one! After seeing your ALDI haul I found one of those mini salad spinners and also bought one when I saw they still had them at my ALDI, I haven't used it yet but it's one of the first things I brought over to my new apartment. All of these look delicious, I've been loving using crescent rolls more often lately too.

You've got a chowder base there without any corn or ham or clams or fish or anything. I know how to make that in my head so I'm going to make some soon because I have a 5 lb bag of red potatoes it's going to go off on me and this is a good way to use them!
