I just made this for dinner…the taste is very good but the amount of noodles is too much. Next time I will start with half the amount and add a little at a time if it needs it. Don't start with the whole pound.
I made this recipe yesterday and it was very good! I added 2 chopped Serrano peppers, seeds and all which added a nice spicy kick. 🤓

I'm 55 years old and my mom made this often when I was a kid. I still use her recipe and my husband loves it. Mine differs from yours a little….I add a bit of dry sherry and then before adding the sour cream, I stir in a couple of tablespoons of tomato paste. Yours looks so yummy!

I make my stroganoff exactly the same way, but b4 serving i sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese on top of the finished product, it does '''kick the flavor up a notch'''…………..just saying, i love your videos, very professional and the recipes you pick to make are usually my favorites…………………..thank you for your efforts……………raymond lowery
