I made your Beef Stew today and just took my first bite… OMG!!!!! It is better than my Mom's….. She just rolled in her grave….lol
Hi Rachel, is it possible to make it with the Worcestershire sauce? I dont have access to it in our small town where I live in india
Looks good but nah
I am going to make stew tonight. I’m sure it’s going to be delish. I just want to say your pork chops are amazingly good. I crave them. And I love the way you explain thinks. Perfect. Thank you.
Wow easy recipe for beef stew. This is going in my recipe book! Thanks for sharing.
This is the second time I’ve made beef stew and this recipe is definitely better than the first one I tried! It does sound a little intimidating with all the Ingredients but you just throw it all in, let it simmer on low for 90 mins plus an extra 3-5 mins for the corn starch to thicken the stew & it’s so delicious!! Only thing I would do differently next time is maybe add a little bit less of the Worcestershire sauce, it tasted a little tangy, I just added in a little more than half tsp of salt & added pepper to my own tasting. So so good, I recommend this recipe to everyone!
What is "allspice"?
Who taught you to cook? Apparently nobody…
Would this recipe work just as well in a slow cooker?
It’s easy & Delicious!!!!!
Most chefs do not add salt till the end, saying it makes the meat tough
Looks Delicious 😋
Do you think some peas would be good?
Definitely trying this! Just quick question- I didn't see see you add sugar to the stew but noticed that the written recipe says 1 tsp?
Looks delicious
Is corn starch good for you?
I wish you were my mom. My mom doesn't know how to cook and drinks a lot of alcohol.
I made this this weekend. Fantastic. Best beef stew recipe ever.
Seven brides for seven sisters. No ketchup needed .
OMGosh!!! Looks amazing….
I love you!!!!
This looks so delicious! Great comfort food at this chilly time of year (at least where I am). Just wondering, can you use flour instead of cornstarch to coat the beef? I usually use flour to make my gravy so thinking it would be fine. 🙂
Oh my, that is the old fashioned real stuff young lady and I love it and I can have it, so that is win win for me. I love your recipe and will be making this for one of my winter dinners for sure. Thanks Rachel and have a wonderful week. Hugs. Claudia
