    Serves- 6
    INGREDIENTS & NUTRITION VALUE –
    1/2 cup instant oats- 143cal
    1/2 cup rolled oats- 180cal
    1/2 almond milk- 18cal
    2 tsp peanut butter – 63cal
    1 tsp chia seeds – 16cal
    2 tbsp date syrup – 131cal
    2 banana – 234cal
    1 tbsp coconut flakes – 34cal
    1 tbsp dried cranberries- 7cal
    4 almond – 30cal
    1 tbsp ground flax seeds – 37cal
    1 tsp cinnamon powder or as per taste- 6cal
    Vanilla essence optional
    Maple syrup optional

    total calories – 898
    total protein – 20g
    total fats – 22.9g
    total carbs – 158g
    total fiber – 21.5g
    If you need an extra protein boost, add a spoon or scoop of protein powder.
    Bake for 30 mins at 180* in preheated oven.

    Note- you can use any sweetener of your choice and whatever nuts and seeds you have available.
