    Love these videos! I'm still on the fence about getting a stovetop pressure cooker but seriously leaning toward it. We don't eat rolled oats any more, how much different do you think the process would be for steel cut oats? I could see one of those pretty poached eggs on top of sc oats with salt and pepper!

    Oh, I SO love you, Mandy……POACHED EGGS – YESSS! I'm having fun the the IP, and now have another item to put in it. My pop-in-pot set came, so that's next to figure out. I understand the cooking times are longer in them.
