    Goji, would you be interested in doing a segment where you review “what I eat in a day” videos of non influencers? You could have your viewers send you videos, and you can review the best prepared one. Ideally, you should start with me… because it was my idea 😊😂

    I’ve never seen anyone who relates to liking apples but not liking apple pie! Apples are great but something about their texture and flavor is unappealing to me when they’re baked into a pie.

    Intermittent fasting led to binge eating disorder for me. Forcing all your calories into 1-2 meals can easily lead to BED. It isn't normal for someone my size to eat 1200 calories for dinner. This is obviously my personal experience but I would never try intermittent fasting again (after doing it for 2 years).

    Haven't heard of her either but she seems more sensible and real than I was expecting. I need to start some 16-8 intermittent fasting, the comfort and stress eating is becoming a bad habit. Better once it's hot again and never feel like much.. water, black, coffee and wait till starving. Not into too many fads but need some more discipline overall! keep up the content GM!!

    I am subscribed to Nisha, and love her content. Obviously I don't know what she eats daily, but based on other what I eat in a day videos she has put out, I don't feel like this is typical. That being said, none of us eat the same every day. I just feel that her meals are usually a little more substantial.

    Man, people who put oil in EVERYTHING they make is just weird…….it's masking the amazing tastes that the meals would have! Oh wait, I use to do this, because I thought we had too hahaha

    Another very good informative video. I do intermittent fasting but not necessarily on purpose. I’m just not hungry until lunch. I’ve tried to have something small and simple but my stomach says no way. I know breakfast is the most important meal, but in my case listening to my stomach and body works best for me.

    so glad you did one of her videos. I love some of her recipes but I really really love her relationship with food. As a recovering anorexic it's really refreshing and inspiring to see someone take care of themselves well but also have the occasional treat. I feel like YouTube doesn't have a lot of that nowadays
