You like a ton more veggies than I do lol!! All of your choices look so good. I am gonna try the roasted turnips! I am so proud of you eating all those veggies even though they aren't your first choice!

I forgot to say if you are allowed, you can put some olive oil on the brussels sprouts. I am on WW. I am going to do the 4 vegetables a day with you. I have not been getting in all my veggies. You are doing great!

Hi Kim, Try cooking the Brussel sprouts, when done cut in half. Put them in a bowl and add garlic powder and vinegar, (I use balsamic) put the amount you are allowed and mix up. I use about 2 TBS. You can eat them warm or cold. I like them both ways. Flavor to your taste.

Looks good…I have a question….you can have as much sodium as you want? Between the turkey and pickles and cheese..its all so high in salt…I'm only asking because I was interested in trying this but I can't have salt.

When you are roasting vegetables you can try roasting cabbage. My grocery haul this week exchanged cabbage for lettuce so I went on the internet and found a recipe for cabbage steak (roasted cabbage) – you slice cabbage into slices, coat with some olive oil, season, and bake in oven, I made these before and the favor is totally differ and delicious. When I was searching for the roasted cabbage brussel sprouts recipes came up too and I remember doing this too. When I was taking care of my nieces I used to tell them they were little cabbages and roasting them changed the flavor so they would often ask me to make these for them. When you have your nutrisystem burger you can always add lettuce and tomato to the burger to get more vegetables in your diet. Another trick for vegetables is to get carrot chips instead of baby carrots. These are some of the things I had to do to get my nieces to eat vegetables – when they had the carrot chips they felt like they were having chips and they have a little different flavor to them(probably in my head). I
Kim, you are doing fantastic on your journey!!

It all sounds so good Kim! You are doing really good with the veggies. 4 can be a lot to get in during a day! 👍✨😄❤️. Roasted turnips sound good! Radishes get mellow when you roast them don’t they?
