    I will be making this real soon. In England Worcester sauce was in short supply for a while last year so I keep three large bottles all the time now, it seems to improve many dishes.

    I have a question. Is it possible to do keto for most of the day but add one carb at one meal per day and still lose weight, as long as that one bread product is in moderation? I love my bread, rice and pasta and don't want to give them all up for too long.

    I know you have said it before with parts of chicken.. but even the whole chicken surprised me.. is there a reason its sold skinless? here I can buy boneless skins legs, thighs, breast.. but beyond that.. its got bones and skin! I have never seen legs with bone in no skin (as an example)..
