    Wow !! Now I can make my own lovely korma chicken thighs instead of ordering from my favorite Indian restaurant. I will still order lamb & goat dinners.
    Should I just use plain yogurt or is vanilla yogurt ok?

    Made this recipe twice and I love the flavor, but each time the sauce comes out with kind of a grainy texture. I think perhaps the yogurt is curdling. Any suggestions?

    I’m totally going to make this one, looks great. Might use lamb too. My chicken karahi has gotten fabulous. This is pretty similar except no tomatoes, yogurt instead, and the onions are more caramelized. Slightly different spice blend. Sometimes I see saffron in korma too.
