Shin black is not more spicy than Shin red. Its just a thicker broth with more flavor but not as spicy
Recommend putting a boiled egg into them – and if you feel like going even more effort my Dad loves doing it with thinly sliced beef
I'm a sucker for noodle pots like this, I try and go more authentic ones from my local asian supermarket rather than pot noodles (although I do love the Bombay Bad Boy flavour). There's some really good ones out there these days!
