    Can I please post the workout schedule and weights and reps? As a guideline.for people that who don't know where to start or what exercises are best for what part of the body? Of course to be careful with how many weights or how many reps based on individual body shape and condition but to know what to do

    For 4 weeks I've been doing an upper lower split Monday lower Tuesday upper wed cardio Thursday lower Friday upper Saturday cardio with 15 to 20 minutes on the treadmill after my lift days should I switch it up or stick with the same split for 8 weeks? Also I work in a pharmacy part time so I'm on my feet about 6 hours a day and get about 10k steps sometimes I get 7 to 8 k is that plenty steps or is 10k what I should hit. I feel it's harder especially with my current workout split plus being on my feet all day.

    First of all, CONGRATS!!! I just want to echo the body composition thing. I started working at Walmart 2-3 weeks ago and I walk, lift, and squat all day, 5 days a week for 8 hrs a day. My weight went WAYYYY up at first but I knew it was because my muscles were getting used to being worked more than they were used to (I also retained water at first in my legs and feet until I began increasing my water intake). My weight is now “stuck” where it was before I began the job BUT my body is definitely shrinking. Today I noticed it in the mirror and almost didn’t recognize myself. Flatter stomach and abs starting to peek through. Butt and thighs tighter. Arms looking more defined. New jeans I got for work are already falling down. Same weight, leaner body with newer muscles. 💪🏻💪🏻🙌🏼

    Hi Nicole I'm really proud of you and your husband I need to lose 50 lbs and not sure how many calories I should eat a day I am unable to exercise because I have a deteriorating spine so even the lightest of exercise hurts my back if you have any suggestions I would appreciate it you and Kyle have a great day

    You are so lucky to have someone to work out with you!!! It really motivates you!!!! I live in a rural area. I'm kinda scared to go out by myself. So many ditch banks around here , nice for a long walk but lots of scary people parked around there. . I have relatives and friends but just a long drive for us to meet… I love everything you've taught us!!!. You're well loved for helping us!!!! I'm so happy for both of you!!!!

    Greetings from the Great Lake State, love your energy Nicole. You look wonderful. We were camping over near Port Huron Michigan next to the Huron River— where on one side it was Canada and the other it was Michigan – the boats going through had to be on the side of what country they were from.
