    Thank you – I will prepare it exactly as you so clearly instructed except , most likely marinate it over night and add mushrooms to the sauce. If these changes are not ideal, anyone, let me know. Again, you present well one of the best on YouTube.

    This has become my standard recipe for pork roast in the instant pot. I add mushrooms to the sauce and serve it with Spätzle and a big leafy salad. Sunday family meal sorted ! Thanks for the easy an delicious recipe !

    I don't add sugar to protein.. it spoils protein absorption.. And is not needed. Pork IS flavorful..a few minimal spices ..like SEA salt..is enough. Sea salt has no effect on blood pressure or bloating..or headaches!
