I was back home one weekend during the Daniela days. I always used to buy her presents of posh cigarettes at schiphol before flying to Gatwick. And perfume etc. Then it was her 21st birthday coming up and while I still lived in Hull during humber Street days I sometimes cooked stuff and I cooked a few times a delicious spice cake. So I cooked the same cake and was going to give it to Daniela for her birthday. Of course the spice girls were the thing then and Daniela had girl power boots and I asked her and she said scarey spice was her fa ourite. Mine too then but I prefer sprty spice now (Mel chisholm?) because she ha te gutsiest singing voice. Anyway I take the cake back with me to den Haag but of course then Daniela did her disappearing act and I had a whole cake to eat. I think I had some of it but the rest would be just thrown away.
