Hi Mary, I learned to make bread from Steve's Artisan Breads channel and love it! Steve is full of tips and tricks for bread making, he made me feel alllmost like a bread making pro, lol. His books are so simple and yet amazing. I am looking forward to making homemade hamburger and hot dog buns this summer, as well as his many other breads that I can't recall right now.
You do a great job of making 2 loaves at once. Am in the routine of making one loaf after the other because I worry about stirring with the Scottish spurtle I purchased for the fun of it:). For me it's a bit hard to mix with the handle or the spurtle for one loaf so haven't tried making it for two loaves, but you've been the inspiration I need to give it a go. Hugs to you and family!

I am new to your channel. I heard about it from Heidi at Rain Country. I am definitely going to try this recipe. How do you store the bread? In a plastic or paper bag? Also, does the bread freeze well? Any tips on storage would be appreciated.

I'm trying to come up with home made breads, this will definitely be something I will try. I seem to be having issues eating store bought bread, even my husband. Maybe the ingredients found in store bought bread lately. (can you please check your facebook messenger). Thanks Mary.

I make my own yogurt and usually have whey in my fridge. Would you recommend this whey instead of plain water. I’m always thinking up ways to use it instead of throwing it away. Normally I use milk in my bread making. I use a stand mixer for kneading bread. What would happen if I kneaded the dough before setting out to rise?

If I make both loaves but only want to bake 1 loaf, how would I store the dough? If I refrigerate the dough, what is the procedure for rising and baking the dough?
