OK so what's so different from this bread and regular dough you make for pizza at home? My doctor has told me to drop bread from my diet to lose weight, so is this a good alternative?

I have been making these for years on pita bread. I do it to save calories but I still get a great pizza. Pita has less calories than Naan bread. For a sauce base I use either my spaghetti meat sauce, jar or canned spaghetti sauces or I have a great recipe for what I call chow. It is an old recipe from my husbands grandmothers sister and years ago I hated it, lol! Crazy, but I woke up one day years later and was craving this on pasta. OMG fantastic! Now I make it all the time and use it on my pita pizzas as well…..nothing better. My husband puts it on toast. If you would like the recipe, let me know and I will give it to you.
