    For EKADASHI..FASTING rice items like POHA Kurmura are not consumed…in Maharashtra n some other places ..on EKADASHI day .all sorts of grains are avoided for fasting

    My suggestion is instead of grated ginger why not add ginger juice along with lemon juice. In moong dhall recipe also it is good to have ginger. Isn't it?. Anyway it is nice and awesome. 🙏
