    Thanks for this recipe. I just made it. It’s delicious! But there are some gelatin crumbs in it. Is that mean I didn’t dissolve gelatin well?

    I made this with my homemade chia seeds blueberry jam and it was amazing. The main filling didn't set into a jelly-like texture, as I expected. Instead, it was a bit like a marshmallow, which actually worked even better. The cocoa crust, vanilla/blueberry filling and blueberry cream on top make an excellent combination of different textures and flavours. I used allulose as my sweetener, so no sandiness whatsoever.

    Thanks again and again for the wonderful recipes, I usually do the traditional oven baked cheesecake “NewYorker”, however, I tried your recipe today and everything was smooth and perfect until I added the gelatin mixture to the cream cheese 🙂, because if you add the gelatin liquid to the cream cheese and go to prepare the whipping cream the cream cheese will become hard with clumps and won’t be as soft as it was before adding the gelatin to it. Although I followed your ingredients exactly in milligrams! Will try to make it again with less quantity of gelatin or at least add the gelatin to the cheese mixture after mixing the whipped cream with the cream cheese and not before, because perhaps the kind of unflavored gelatin powder available here is different than the one you’ve used.
