    FYI – I just used your below link and purchased the large Picanha Steak from Meat N’ Bone, then re-watched your video and realize the one you used was from Snake River Farms so I’m hoping the one I purchased is about the same grade, taste and quality as the one you used. I did notice SRF says the meat is “AMERICAN WAGYU BLACK GRADE” and Meat N’ Bone states “Picanha | USDA Prime”. What does ‘Black Grade’ mean, and is there much of a difference compared to just ‘Prime’ regarding the texture or taste between the two? Anyway I’ll be using my Ninja Foodi Grill with the Sear'NSizzle Grill Plate as you did… Thanks buddy!

    That looks fantastic CJ. Funny how you made such a fantastic cut of beef and I made a top round on the grill for dinner tonight. But with the right marinade and a pseudo Jaccard otherwise known as my fork, it turned out ok. I'm just glad I ate before seeing your video otherwise I might have reconsidered my menu. 🤣
