When seasoning after meat cooks, it sits on top, season before hand, actually flavors the meat… 😉 You could also you a skirt steak if you don't have a flank steak.

I Love watching you guys. You are good together and good for us. 🙂 Ive watched a LOT of your videos and there are only a handful of your recipes that I wouldnt try myself. But I probably will not make a lot of them because my wife refuse to eat anything spicy or with salt or pepper. When I cook for the both of us 99.9% of the time I cant put any seasoning in the food at least her portions. 🙁 Very Blah & boring. LOL
