Recipe looks good, and I am sure taste the same… I don't have a Ninja Foodi Cooker, But I do have an Instant Pot which I have cooked many a Caribbean inspired recipe along with many others.. I do have to say that many meats cooked under pressure tend to not taste the same when cooked via the stove top or oven method…Chicken Breast is one of them…So I guess fast is not always the best , and maybe that's why I still have my Pots. and pans/skillets etc. I do like the idea of built in Air Fryer in the Ninja Foodie… I just wish it was not as cumbersome looking and plasticky. I will wait for the next design …In the mean While I will keep using my IP.. Smile. Have a Great Night … Ninette Bird- The Caribbean Wife.

Wow…I was so close to getting an Instant Pot so many times! I'm glad I waited. I will do more research on the Foodi, but I think I'm leaning more towards making that purchase!

Looks awesome. !!!! you gain a whole bunch of mouth feel from cooking the chicken skin in the broth, I think I would have pull it off and tossed it before plating.
