Bro I've always liked stuff like this. But that recipe book they give is way off. If you don't believe me try cooking the buffalo wings using that recipe. They literally said for 2 pounds of frozen wings you use 1/2 cup water, put the wings in the basket, put pressure lid on and set it to pressure cook on high for 5 minutes. The water will boils away. before that pressure cooker can even seal itself and 1/2 cup of water is not a large enough amount to get pressure cooker fully activated. Then the next instruction was to dampen off the water from the chicken smh. Then to put the chicken back in the basket and air fry for 10-15 minutes at 390°F. That shit was no where near done when I pulled it out. I'm talking blood still on the bone and in the meat. I've always been a fan of using these cooking tools but never trust their instructions for cooking smh. even their default settings are just straight up rediculous. Always use cooking thermometers on meat. The down side to these things is finding the magic numbers and writting them down so you have a more accurate scale of how long to cook the food for or what setting works best for each meal.

Thank you! I got mine for Christmas and it's been sitting on my countertop taunting me to try it ever since. I watched this video yesterday, and while I didn't make chicken wings (will soon!), I felt like I could try it without fear of the house exploding. I made General Tso's chicken with cut up chicken thighs that came out amazing. Again, thank you! (And now to watch your other videos.)

    Hi Jeremy,
I am so happy that I came across your easy to follow instructions. I bought the 8 qt from Target in November 2020 for $199.00. I'll be testing mine out this weekend starting with regular chicken wings and looking for more of your cooking videos. Thank you!

Thank you so much for making these directions simple and to the point ffor this senior lady. This is my first experience with a pressure cooker and I grew up in the era where my mom told us “DON’T go near that cooker it dangerous and will explode.” So I figured if I’m gonna pressure cook might as well try it with Ninja top shelf. The wings are cooking right now as I type and they smell divine. Thank you Jeremy.
