Looks a little spicey for me, but as you point out, spices can be adjusted. Question: can it be made with cauliflower & russet potatoes (aloo gobi)? PS – I have the OL601 8qt 14 in 1, and bought the Foodi Glass Lid AOP200, which is actually for an older model 2-lid Ninja, though it fits the OL601 SmartLid!!
