I do not know how you can stand being around that pressure cooker it scares me. Everything turned out right but I didn't see 3 peas!!
Looks good. The Foodi is a bit expensive for me at the moment but I guess I could do the same process using my old pressure cooker then transferring to a roasting tin and finishing under the grill. The Foodi makes it all so much more convenient though eh, and it’s always fun trying new things. Thank you for posting.
Maybe if you had just put it on bake you would have had the same result.
