This is a very good recipe. The whole family loved it, thank you.
The Foodi is still new to me, and I've never used a pressure cooker before.
I'm amazed with how quick and simple this recipe is.

Hiya, said I’d do this and report back. Really liked it. Ingredient list says 300g lentils, but vid says 200g. I’ll go for 200g next time as 300g meant not quite enough sauce. List also misses out the garlic; I went for 4 cloves as I buy the huge garlics. This recipe is a great demo of how the Foodi can bash out a proper dinner in a very short amount of time. I’ll do a few tweaks for my own tastes, but this is a keeper. Served it with basmati out of my steamer cos I like that, but totally intend on doing your pilau as that looked mint. Thanks, subscribed, appreciated.

Well done. not many good recipes as using Ninja Foodis a new concept. (Ours Multicrisp 9-1) You explained it all really well & I was able to reproduce your ingredient layout before we started cooking, so it was easy to follow & delicious. We love a curry but live in SW France so have to make up with available ingredients. Swapped red for coral lentils. Our own red chillies from the garden gave it a real kick. Our only hiccups – OH never gets PS lid on properly. Had an error Add more Water message. I readjusted lid & all was good from thereon. It was delish and giving us confidence to experiment.
