Yesssss the thermapen is the only way to go and make sure your proteins are cooked PERFECTLY every time. Also remember carry over cooking. The meat will rise in temo like 10-20mins after being taken off the heat it can go up 5-10 degrees depending on the size of the protein

My first video watching of you testing products. Unfortunately, I do not like to cook, that is why I bough the Ninja Foodi. I wanted to have an indoor grill and air fry to be healthier. Appreciate your editing, getting to the point, fast forwarding, etc. I'll check in periodically. I subscribed. Thank you so much!

Personally, I prefer medium-well. More brown than pink. So I already know to put in a few more minutes. As long as the unit works I'll buy but now there are different models by the same company which adds a new issue. Which one to get.

I opted for the Hamilton Beach Sear Indoor grill. I already have the Ninja Foodie which duplicates much of the grill features. For less than $70 the HB performs well.

My mother being the saint she is, wasn't supposed to buy christmas presents as he children are almost all in their 30's. Anyways between myself getting married and my brother having his first kid she spoiled the shit out of us and got us each one of these. I have not been able to use it as I am in the process of getting a new place.

I was glad to see this review and see how well it held up. I let her know about this because I don't know how else to really show my appreciation than to say "hey that thing you bought me works amazingly well and thank you, I'm so excited to get to use it soon".

All of these devices usually put the cooking time to well done to avoid lawsuits. I own the Ninja Foodi Air Fryer and have come to the realization that potatoes are usually done 10minutes less, meats about 5-8minutes less than directions. For instance I prefer me beef Medium-Well……. you didn't seem to.
