Thank you so much.. I'm using your instructions for cooking and meat temperature, But with Mexican flavors. Pulled pork El Pastor in an Adobe sauce with fresh pineapple. 1st I grilled the pork in the Ninja. My spice rub with Latin flavors. It came out with a great crust. Now it's wrapped in the aluminum foil with a homemade Adobe sauce poured over it after covering it with the fresh pineapple. Can't wait to take it out the Ninja.

This looks so good. I just got the XL grill (did I already mention this in another comment? I’ve been watching so many videos I can’t remember!) I CANNOT WAIT to make this one. Looks so ding dang good.

I love your video. The pork looks delicious! QUESTION: how big can the boston butt be in lbs and still fit in the foodi grill and still turn out as nice as yours? Thanks for all of your great foodi grill cooking recipes and tips.

In middle of trying this and I noticed no temp mentioned after it’s wrapped? Also you let it cook until 200 but pro grill only lets you go to 170?

Alright, here's the grief for using liquid smoke….. grief over. Fully understand and know the reason. Acceptable. LOL. Looked good bro. Definitely something to be said for having that great of pulled pork in less than 2 hours.

Looks good! Love me some pulled pork . Just need some sweet slaw and corn nuggets to make it complete.

My question is what type of gloves are you using? They seem to take the heat really well.

I’m debating if this can be classified as bbq ? I’m pretty sure I taught you better than this ! Rain ? In Iowa we call it liquid sunshine ! I will say it does look tender. Well you Cali people make your own rules anyway so I suppose it can be classified as CaliBBQ. Nice cook CJ !
