I use to make it a lot before except I put butter in mine but I am going try with cream cheese next time…

Do you need all that liquid since the meat itself will generate quite a bit of liquid on it's own, especially since they were frozen?

Here's something I do a lot….and you can do as well…Since you used so much of the Pepper Juice (which I do a lot)…You just need to refill the jar of peppers with vinegar…after several days (5+) … You will have a new batch of Pepper Juice that you can use again.
