I would have put foil over the pot down on the food. I make something extremely similar. Swap out the chicken thighs with Bone and Skin for boneless skinless chicken thighs. Use a can of cream of whatever soup. Add salt pepper and garlic. Two cups of rice and 3 cups of water. You can also add whatever other seasonings that you like. chop the chicken into bite-size pieces. Add the chicken the rice the soup the water your seasonings and garlic to the pot. Then add one pound of fresh or frozen broccoli. Pressure cook on normal for 25 to 35 minutes. When done stir in 1 to 2 cups of cheddar cheese anything from mild to Super Sharp. Plate and use the remaining cheese to sprinkle over each serving. No I write cookbooks but this recipe was not written like I would write a cookbook recipe. So any questions just message me! :-). Oh stir everything up well before you pressure cook and I use frozen broccoli Cuts because I like the stem flavor a lot. If you use fresh broccoli or frozen broccoli cuts then you will need to chop it up some

Hi Tom! Maybe I missed it, but I was wondering why you added another 10 minutes on the 45 minutes cooking time. Did you check the temp before adding that extra time but just didn't show it before you finally checked it at the end? Thank you!
