So jealous as I love Mexican food. There is just so much variety and levels of outstanding flavours. One year for my parents wedding anniversary my parents, my cousin, her husband and myself went to an authentic Mexican restaurant for a meal. When the mains arrived my cousins husband asked if they could spice it up, however he failed to specify how much spice he wanted, he ate the food with sweat dripping down his face and looking in distress. The moral of the story, specify how spicy you would like the food to be lol. As always love the channel and much respect. Stay safe 😷
