    Hi Kristi. I'm back to WW as of tomorrow morning, so came on YouTube tonight to find the channels that used to motivate me. So glad you're still here! I lost 97 lbs on WW, then the Pandemic hit and I got bored and I eat when I'm bored, so gained back 30 lbs. Ugh. What a difference those extra pounds make 🙁 It's obvious I need to get back to WW and remember how good I felt when dropping all that weight. I can do this. I WILL do this. I'll be binging tonight and tomorrow on your videos for your great meal ideas! Hey, at least I'm not binging on food! I😂

    Mmm, everything looked really nice! I like apple slices too for desert with some Oikos for dipping. I've never seen a yoghurt bowl made like that. It looked really nice. Do you ever do overnight oats? Chia seeds, ground flax, Bulgarian plain yoghurt, a little monkfruit, and unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Mix in a screw-top mason jar and refrigerate overnight. So good the next day, like a pudding. The pasta chicken dinners looked lovely! Tfs what you eat. I get some good ideas from you! 😊
