    It is actually much, much, much more healthful to fry in pork lard, or an olive oil, or other natural meat fat (chicken fat, for example), than it is to fry in any kind of vegetable oil (canola, corn oil, or other highly processed so called "vegetable" oils). Peanut oil is good too, but pork fat is very digestible and healthy. Butter is wonderful too.

    Now I’ll be waking up all night, dreaming about this sandwich! 🤣😂😅🥰😊♥️that super thin park chop….or any kind of chop style meat. Chicken breasts are so good pounded thin. My mouth is watering!!
