I live in Norfolk in the uk. Much of the information on keto comes from the US. I have found that with recipes some foods or items can be translated into things l can get in the uk but others like Pecan flour could not be obtained for love nor money which leaves me scratching my head in frustration. I thank you Victoria for the 2nd flour recipe of your standard keto flour, l can now mix a batch of flour and bake a loaf of bread as l understand other flour recipes are eggy. I dont like the smell of egginess. Its the one thing l have missed most on keto and am looking forward to a piece of buttered toast. I'm salivating as l write. It's thanks to people like you that love to experiment and find answers that makes our keto journey easier. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart and keep up the good work.

Hello Victoria, I am kinf of confused since I don’t use the scale much. About the measurements you give cups and grams, but they don’t add much for me. For example with the bamboo fiber (which by the way I’m using oat fiber) you mention in the video first 3 cups, which you also say they are 198g. But if I go by cups, 3 cups are in my scale like 400g.
I followed the grams numbers you give and made 2 batches of the new standard keto flour, but I please beg you to tell me if it is ok or do I add more oat fiber?
Thanks a lot!!! I love your channel and recipies and your sweet self!!

My bamboo flour arrived today. It was strange to see it arrive without any packaging around it. The address label was on the clear bag of flour itself. Anyone else have the same experience?

Dear Victoria, Blessings of comfort, peace, and grace to you and your family.
The New Standard Keto Flour is cup for cup, not gram for gram. Is this also true for the Perfected Keto flour?

Victoria, thank you so much for what you do. I am waiting for my delivery of Bamboo fiber to finally arrive. I cannot wait to try both of your "New Standard Keto Flour" versions. Have you made any pasta with either flour version yet?

I made my first batch of this (almond flour/oat fiber) yesterday and eagerly made your chocolate mug cake after dinner. Hubby and I both found it delicious! Your flour mixed easily w/all ingredients, cooked in 2 minutes on high rising perfectly right before my eyes! I added a bit of granulated coffee as you mentioned & also chocolate chips. I didn't have gelatin for your icing, so instead made hot fudge topping using 1:1 cocoa powder / allulose. Cook it on the stove stirring until boiling, add a little cream or milk, vanilla and 1/2 T butter. Stir until mixed together a few minutes, then it's ready. It was a yummy hot topping to your cake. **THANK YOU so much for this flour recipe, all your other recipes, telling us about Allulose and everything else!** Can't wait to make more! J Anderson

Oops meant to put this on the Pecan flour one. Love this recipe, om gosh!! Made Blueberry pancakes following Keto Kitchen's recipe and found out I needed to add liquid. We added about 1/2 cup of almond milk, not enough, will try 3/4 next time. Also only made 1/2 the batch of it. They were to die for. We're sold.

You are a genius! Everything I have made with this flour is fantastic! As suggested when using your older recipes, I measure the flour in grams instead of cups. Works every time. Thank you so much!

I mixed ingredients for my first batch of your New Standard Keto Flour using almond flour (112 g) — except still need to add OAT fiber instead of bamboo. Question: Using almond flour in this do I measure same grams of OAT fiber as if I had bamboo fiber (192 grams)? Thank you in advance! SO excited to have this almost all ready to begin making your other recipes! J Anderson

Thanks for this wonderful recipe Victoria, with it I made a traditional British dish, called 'Yorkshire pudding' rather like an American popover, for less than 1g of net carb per generous serving. Amazing, thank you so much

I have a Q. I just mixed the flour recipe and when I used the egg white powder it had a weird smell. I checked the expiration date and it was ok. Is it supposed to smell weird cuz it’s eggs?

You said you new flours can be used in place of regular flour in any recipe, correct? Other than sugar, do you have to change anything? Thanks, love your channel.

I finally had a chance to mix up the Standard Keto Flour version 2 today.
Life has been crazy with travel and family but when I got home I had a bag of the fiber waiting bit like so many others would have to wait for Amazon to restock the pecan flour but Victoria had created version 2 so today I was off to the races 😊
As usual Victoria's instructions are easy to follow and produce exactly what she promised. Once I had the mix created I decided to make a recipe of the microwave bread using a similar square baking dish.
It went together like a dream, and the batter is smooth and stretchy. I set my microwave for 90 seconds in case it was more powerful than Victoria's but first check it was not done in the middle so I added 30 more seconds. Looked good but when I turned it out of the pan it seems like it was still underdone. I did one more 30 seconds but at 70% power.
In the end I think I will need to adjust the time and I did spray my dish with some avocado oil which I am sure now it doesn't need it
First taste it is a VERY neutral taste, overly moist to my pallette but that's probably the oil.
For dinner I am going to try to toast it to see what it will do.
I am one who have to avoid fiber because of digestive issues so I am wondering how I will react. I will update 😊

I received my large bag of Fisher Pecan Flour and my Bamboo fiber will arrive this Saturday. Before I make your new zero carb keto flour I wanted to ask you if you prefer the pecan flour or almond flour for better texture when baking breads and cakes? I have the pecan flour and almond flour but I wanted your wise advice since you created these flours. Thank you for all that you do to help us!❤❤❤

You are a gem!!! I love the lower carb life but the the recipes for baked good, sweets, and alternatives to bread etc… was just aweful. Your research and discovery, and sharing it all is more than amazing. Your a life saver, literally. Sooooo much easier to stick to the keto life style. Question for you. I Have been using your PKF (Perfected Keto Flour). Does this flour replace it in all your recipes cup for cup or gram for gram??

I have looked all over for the Bamboo fiber flour and cannot find it anywhere. Do you have any recommendations on where to purchase the flour or are there substitutes that can be used in place of the bamboo flour? Thank you and keep sharing the fantastic recipes!

Thank you for this variation! Can I still use oat fiber in place of bamboo fiber, gram for gram? I'm definitely in the camp of people wanting to use up what I already have in my pantry lol

Firstly thank you for the time and effort you put into your flours very much appreciated. So if a recipe calls for 1 cup of regular white flour I should use 80 gms of your new standard flour (version 1 or 2)? When you are adding ingredients you add 1 cup of Almond flour (112gms) here in Australia 1 cup is 250 gms so just wondering about the difference.
