Can you do a glucose reading on the tortillas and bread. I saw on serious keto that the low carb mission tortillas knocked him out of keto.
I saw the zero carb tortillas at my local Giant grocery store today! They had regular, chipotle AND sun dried tomato! They were definitely small (street taco size) but I’m excited to give them a try!

I saw the mission 0 carb tortillas at my local grocery store there was one bag left but they're like the street taco size so I so I went with the original it was all about the size today lol

I found the Guerrero chipotle zero carb tortillas at my HyVee grocery store in Illinois. They are great!
Chipmunk baking company recently came out with a low carb carrot cake sandwich cookie and they are delicious! No aftertaste and they are sweet like a regular soft sandwich cookie. Not in stores and you order online. Great customer service too.

The guerrero tortillas alone are fabulous because they are super soft and fluffy. It's one of my sons favorite tortilla brands. They make a whole grain one under nutri-rico name that is fairly low carb and could be worked into keto macros…it has flaxseed in it. They are really good. I'm going to be on the hunt for these zero carb ones now.
I found the Guerrero zero carb plain at Rouses Market. I am in South Alabama at the beach. Rouses is also in Louisiana. I think they had the other flavors. I liked the plain.

Guerrero Tortillas are my favorite low carb tortillas. They are a little thicker than the Mission ones. I live in CA, but haven’t seen the zero carb ones yet. Will definitely be watching for them.
