Artichokes are my absolute favorite vegetable, it's literally a treat for me. I like it with some good melted butter or hollandaise for dipping. Or I'll stuff the artichokes with a garlicky parkesan breadcrumb mixture. Yum!

I’m so glad I found you! I’ve never been enticed by IF though my son has done it for years. Watching your WIEIAD, my first thought was, “Wow, someone whose eating style is just like mine!” It was just what I needed to try IF, and I started yesterday. All I needed to do was push breakfast to 9:00 rather than 7:00. Please, please do lots more of these videos. They are so inspiring and motivating and reflect a sustainable style of eating!

Thank you so much for showing your journals. I have been looking for a great place to purchase my next life expectations book and Designworks seem to be the place to go for high quality, not too expensive books and notes. Love your blogs!! Keep calm and go!

Hi Jennifer! I have also been intermittent fasting for maybe close to 2 years now. I think it is something I will always do as well. I feel fantastic, my weight is down, I have no more aches and pains (arthritis) and I sleep like a baby. As far as artichokes go, I melt grass fed butter in a little bowl and dip the meaty part of my artichoke leaf and scrap the meat and the butter off with my teeth. Its a real delicacy!

For my artichokes, my husband mixes mayonnaise with some gourmet sauce. It is so delicious! If we are out though, plain mayonnaise is a great go to (love it with broccoli to).

I love these videos. And I’m now going to have to try artichokes with mayonnaise. I usually use a garlic melted butter.

I am super curious about what sorts of things you write down in your self improvement journal. You said it’s things you’ve found helped you? Would you be willing to give any examples? I just turned 38 and am working on getting back to my most authentic self and this idea is intriguing.

As much as i love you what's for dinner videos, I'd love to see more what your family actually eats. It wouldn't be about IF as much, but I have a hard time to imagine your kids eating just a big piece of salmon and asparagus. So I'm curious how you adapt your dinners to the kids. Thanks for all your beautiful videos 👍

Hello Jennifer- Thanks for taking us along on what you eat in a day. I hope you will share more Instant Pot ideas for summer. I'm going to give the fasting window a try. I'm not hungry upon waking and will try and work that in, with a coffee or tea to start, plus lemon & water.

Again, it definitely does not look like a deprivation diet or lifestyle, yet you can become and remain slim.. Fabulous! For the veggie dip for asparagus and artichoke I like melted butter and lemon as you would for lobster which I rarely have.. the fat is probably about the same as mayonnaise.

Is that a Tasha Tudor poetry book under your journals? I'm pretty sure we have the same one 😊 Also, have you ever tried adding Grey Poupon to your mayonnaise for your asparagus and even on your salmon? Delicious!

I would love a video on how you manage your time and energy from morning all the way to bedtime.
I’ve been watching you for years and have no clue how you keep going throughout the day and get so much done…I am typically exhausted by 3pm!

I really liked this and the air fryer recipes! I’ve tried intermittent fasting, but my long hectic hospital shifts made it harder than I could figure out. Seeing your time and ideas gives me some ideas i can try🙂👍
