I made the ham this evening, 12lb Aldi Spiral Cut fully cooked double glazed. After an hour the internal temperature was 60 degrees F. Followed the directions exactly. I left it in for another half hour and ended up burning it. What is the internal temperature after an hour supposed to be? I read internal temperature should be 140 degrees F.
