I don’t eat beef or pork so I make my Mississippi pot roast with chicken breast so do you think it would be good with that seasoning and chicken?

D, I make an Asian style stuffed pepper and it’s INSANELY good. It’s ground Turkey, spinach, onion, minced garlic, Hoison sauce, and chopped bamboo shoots. The sauce I use is soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic, and cilantro mixed together. I use it for stuffed peppers and lettuce wraps. So good! I hope you try it! ❤

Yes I have watched some very compelling documentaries about the food industry in this country and how the healthcare system in this are not in the business of keeping us healthy quote the opposite they are about profits over our health. I do know one good you tube channel calls out all the bad ingredients and educates his viewers and even has an app to scan labels to see if it is clean. I am all for making my own spice mixes too but occasionally it is nice to have a packet in a pinch and really good clean brand of packaged taco mix is Siete . My son and I Love the curry dishes and the pot roast sounds good for fall . I'm definitely Gonna have to try them.

I've been binge watching all your videos this week. I finally started my weightloss journey at over 220 lbs after my first baby. Your videos led me to buy built bars and start at home workouts and a small calorie deficit. I am already seeing progress! 🙂

The U.S. government and healthcare system profits off of people being sick and obese. I agree the amount of chemicals in the food here in America is shockingly disturbing. I lived in Germany for a year and traveled all over Europe and was amazed by how healthy I felt and how clean the food was. I didn’t have any IBS symptoms, my skin was clear, and my energy was through the roof! I wish I could go back to Europe just for the health benefits! The FDA doesn’t even regulate half of the food that’s processed and on the shelves. It’s so sad that most Americans are practically being poisoned without even knowing it.😕 It’s why so many Americans are chronically ill.

For the rice paper, dip it in warm water for a second, don't let it sit in the water. Place the rice paper on a towel so it is easier to wrap and handle and takes off excess water. The rice paper will get softer as it sits and as you are putting your veggies in it, then it will wrap well and isn't gooey. The longer it sits in the water the harder it is to work with.
If you don't eat the spring roll right away, wrap them individually in plastic wrap so they don't tear or stick together.
So much can be done in spring rolls and once you get the technical part figured out, you will be flying through them.🙂

Love you’re new approach! There’s nothing like making your own so you know exactly what’s in your food without unnecessary additives or preservatives that don’t benefit our bodies. It’s all about those little adjustments Donia! ✨
