FYI…the whole inside of the clam shell is edible!! You don't cut anything out/off!! LOL I've been eating little neck clams for 56 years, raw and steamed…since I was 2 yrs old!! I'm originally from western NY State!

Amy, why would you buy clam juice when you have the perfect juice after you steam the clams? If you buy larger clams you don't need to use canned clams which are actually pretty gross.

Amy 👉 Ew, ew, look at that! Lol!! 😂 With me, I could never ever make new england clam chowder from scratch because even though I like it, those little things would look yucky to me too. But I do like New England clam chowder and the reason it doesn't bother me when I eat it with those things in it, because they're covered in the sauce and I can't really see them but they're good and tasty! Lol!!😂 Then I can eat it. 😁
