i'm the same way.. whenever i have the urge to cook something i always resort to bread and i'll just make a huge batch of dough and freeze bread shaped dough and then just thaw it already in that shape and throw it in the oven! most of my bread is for dipping in soups anyway (or toast in the mornings) but i've also messed up and made bread too flat but i just sliced it through the middle and treated it like ciabatta and made sandwiches😆
You've inspired me to pull out my bread machine today and make cheese bread for supper tonight. I love my machine because it does all the work for me. Thank you for sharing this video.
