    NAVRATRI SPECIAL KALAKAND/MILK CAKE RECIPE ❤️

    Ingredients:
    * Milk 🥛- 2L
    * Sugar – 1 cup
    * Tatri – 2 pinch or Vinegar – 2 tbsp
    * Ghee – 1tbsp
    * Elaichi – 1pc

    Recipe:
    1. Take a kadhai and season it with ghee.

    2. Add milk and bring it to a boil. Then add sugar and let it dissolve.

    3. Add tatri (curdling agent) and whole elachi. Keep stirring. (One pinch per litre milk)

    4. You should start seeing milk solids.

    5. Once it reduces to about 30%, add ghee and mix.

    6. Use a lid if it starts spluttering.

    7. Transfer it to a lined (with ghee) metal bowl or tin. Let it set for 4 hours till it completely cools down. Do not refrigerate at this point.

    8. Cut into pieces and enjoy! You can store it in the refrigerator now.
