Hi Raihana. Hope you are keeping well and safe. Now that we have to stay at home, I have been trying a lot of your recipes. Must say I really enjoy the food. Thank you. I tried the making the nan today. They didn’t turn out soft. What could have gone wrong. The one thing I noticed was when you made your dough (before resting it), your dough looks pretty soft, mine wasn’t. Should I handed a little more milk? Thanks again for inspiring us.
