I'd probably use Bourbon. Being I live in Bourbon Country of the World. I just got my first 6 quart Instant Pot. What a first recipe to crison my Instant Pot 😊. Thank you Joan for demonstrating. Love Tamson 😇💕💕💕💕

Oh yes it Is Cheaper. I made this recipe a year ago (Sept. 2018), and I got 6 pints out of it and keep refilling my jars at the half point and I still have 2 full jars that I haven't even cracked yet, buy now if I would have bought vanilla I would have spent twice as much as I did to make it. I am going to make another batch with bourbon next month, I can hardly wait.
That was really neat. I always used to say I was going to make my own but it just never happened.
