I’ve been craving chocolate milk but not the sugar so this morning I set out to experiment and see if I could make a sugar free version of my sugary chocolate …

This sounds perfect…try to make hot chocolate every afternoon for (disabled) daughter when she comes home from her job…I’ve had some epic fails using Splenda and Truvia – both have yucky after taste…thanks

Kim, make a paste with just a little water. When it’s all blended, add the rest of the water and blend that. I think it gets the clumps out easier and all the powder is mixed in that way. Or that’s the way I do it.

I don’t care for the aftertaste of the Hershey’s syrup either. I will have the Nestle fat free not sugar free and I have it hot but I can only purchase it on Amazon. I wonder if I make it hot and then refrigerate it, if it would be as good? Sometimes you just need chocolate. Another idea is to make a sugar free chocolate pudding (cook and serve) but make it thin, add more milk of choice, it might be a nice thick chocolate. 😁💕
